Top of the line brands at amazing prices. (They add a small markup, but it's totally worth it for this level of quality!) Not for everyone: "samples" means they typically have one item in a mid-range size, so it can be a lot of hunting for the right thing. However, the owners are very helpful: If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask--if they don't have it right then, they could be getting it soon as the selection seems to change quite often. Also, they have AMAZING deals throughout the year (including some SPECTACULAR deals at certain times of the year, like just before Christmas for one!). Some of the deals are price cuts, while others are special brands they only get in once or twice a year, for example. They keep their customers up-to-date by sending out frequent emails announcing deals-of-the-week, specials, and even the occasional extended hours. (You can sign up for email on their website or Facebook page.) Not everyone in our family needs the mid-range sizes (with larger things for men), but besides clothing, they also carry handbags, some luggage-y items, scarves, shoes, and other kinds of accessories. My son picked up a $200 namebrand coat for under $30--WOW!!, while I loaded up on the $20 cashmere scarves, one of their amazing late-fall deals that seems to come around every year. Some of these customers have been coming here for ALL of their household's clothing needs for DECADES....
Read moreIf I could give this place no stars, I would. NOT ADA compliant. Owner of the store announced to the whole store that I was not allowed to come in with Dogs. I confirmed they are Service Dogs and not allowed to refuse me service. She continued to talk behind my back back to customers and only one staff member approached kindly inquiring about the regulations and differences between ESA, Pets & Service Dogs. The owner confirmed she has been sued because a dog bit someone in her store in the past and that is why she is refusing me. She told me it was rude to impose on her that I have service dogs. She also confirmed she would never turn anybody away in a wheel chair and that my service dogs had ZERO comparison and that she holds the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason. She even asked me why I had to bother coming to HER store and why couldnt I go somewhere else. The owner of this store clearly does not do due diligence on rights and responsibility of public access businesses and customer rights and responsibilities. I have never been so insulted going into a store in my life. I acknowledge that I am unusual in that I have three service dogs. Psychiatric Support, Gluten Detection and Autism Alert. All of which are...
Read moreWow! Not a review writer but I was very surprised by this one- Visited about a month ago and a very nice older gentleman told me to call back to ask about kids shoe stock when they didn't have 2 of what I needed and someone could check for me again if they came in at a later time. Gave it a month, and today spoke to a very rude woman who told me she "didn't have time to even check, and if I wanted to know what they had I have to come in myself." All I needed was for her to look around the corner at about a 3 foot section of shelf space to see if they had something I was looking for. Apparently too...
