I had the unfortunate experience of going into my local UPS store here on the Mukilteo speedway, and I was beyond baffled at the complete chaos i walked in to. The line to be helped was clear out the front door despite there being at least 10-12 workers, the most of which were fumbling through literal MOUNTIANS of packages, then when I made it towards the front of the line I got to witness and then endure the lack of any sort of actual helpful customer service by any of their associates, But what really got me was the price i paid for my single sheet that was faxed locally. Now, the only reason that I went here was because I had to have a fax sent out by 5 PM. and I could not make it to any other store and get it done in time. Normally I would go to Staples or office depot where when i fax something they always charge me $1 per sheet that I fax. So I was in no way expecting that after my fax went through, and I was being rung up at the register the pretty much clueless employee inform me that it would be just under $6 with tax for my one page that was faxed. I was blown away and actually speechless for a moment, when i regained composure I questioned her to make sure that that was actually the price and she assured me that that was the price PER SHEET To fax things there!!!! I mean I know that everything is going up in price right now but $6 to fax one sheet of paper, it's completely asinine when I can go to a handful of other stores and fax them for a dollar or less a sheet, not to mention that I always get a complementary cover sheet at any other store that I would go to yet, when I asked if there was a cover sheet that I could use at the UPS store, I was told yes, there are cover sheets, but no she doesn't know where they are or how to get one so no I can't have one... again with a great customer service!!! Read moreThe UPS Store is conveniently located off of Mukilteo Speedway, within a strip mall with lots of parking, yet they even go the extra mile for their customers by probably providing, 10 Min Reserved Parking for UPS Customers. The 10 minute parking is suffice, for the service they offer, is extremely quick, as well as efficient.
The staff is very knowledgeable in regards to the services offered by UPS. The staff here at UPS, had hands down the best customer service that I've ever received in this line of business. The woman who helped me, not only picked out the correct envelope for my package, she also helps me get the best value on my shipping, and the fastest shipping method as well. The employee, even went as far, as placing my my item inside the package, sealing it very nicely, and then securing my shipping label by taping on the label herself, instead of me having to do the labor. I'm just extremely satisfied and impressed with their customer service; in all honesty, this encounter made my day.

Read moreI have used this store many times before to send packages and make copies and have been satisfied. However, I recently went through a situation here that was very disappointing and resulted in me never giving them my business again. I put together a care package for someone that had around $40-50 worth of special gifts. My mom took it to the store for me to be shipped and I sent her with a note that had the receivers name and address on it. My mom handed it to the employee and she shipped it (with a $17 shipping fee). After about a week the care package had not been received, which was frustrating. I went to the store to ask about it and they showed me the receipt which had the complete wrong information. The receivers name was spelled wrong and the address was wrong. It was the employees fault that this information was wrong, therefore being sent to the wrong place. After weeks of trying to track it down, the package is gone forever. The UPS store has not been helpful. They have not responded to emails and when I have come into the store they disregard my concerns and did not give a refund on shipping costs even though the loss of the package was entirely their fault.
