I went 04/FEB to make sure they have the pitcotin18 black/sliver that I wanted right before they closed for the day.I told the sales I will come take my flight early at 05/FEB morning and buy it. I understand they only holds the purse for their VIP. There 2 salesperson working 05/FEB morning shift .the tall Asian lady was very nice . And she asked me is the black color or orange color I am buying. I told her black color. Then here comes the other lady her NAME IS SARAH(ASIAN) she went and followed the other lady inside the storage room and slammed the door very loud on us. Then the taller lady came back told Me there’s no more black color sold out only orange. If there’s no black then why your coworker asked me what color and went look for it? SFO DUTY FREE (Sarah ) You think you can fool the customers and just be impolite to them like you are the owner of hermes? Ridiculous Sarah. Watch your behavior to the customers. I will write an email directly to hermes headquarters and DFS headquarters for your impolite behavior and possible wanted to save the purses for whoevers friends or family members you are saving it for. Instead of making sales.This insulting customer issue needs to be adjust. Read moreFound a lovely perfume but a weird sales experience Despite having a fully stocked store we were told that only perfumes were available to purchase? Despite other customers clearly being helped with bags and different sizes of shoes and things being looked for in a stocked storage room. Just overall strange. Then when being rung up there were problems that seemed to be a lack of experience. No big deal really, as I’m happy with my purchase and honestly I kind of liked the experience of walking around a Hermes store without being escorted by someone (always makes me feel guilty and I end up rushing lol) so not too bothered. Chatting with coworkers is by all means okay but I expect sales to have some class like the brand itself - show some courtesy and professionalism when customers are present. Then I noticed one of the sales ladies looking at me up and down, with a sidelong glance. Never have I in my life gotten the side-eye before. I can only interpret attitudes like this as contempt.
