Pretty good little lounge. Wifi can be spotty in certain areas. Good variety of basic food. Slightly below a skyclub but above a United club. Can get a little cramped at certain hrs. I prefer to get a bit to eat or drink here then sit at a much bigger open table somewhere in the A concourse since concourses are generally so pleasant at SFO.

Generally polite and helpful staff.

All the worst reviews here are from priority pass, lounge pass, dragon pass holders for whom access is a crapshoot. Best I can suggest is to check your lounge access app or website for hours you can try though from my experience, on an ad hoc basis they may further restrict access hrs based on their staffing and capacity constraints. Sucks but that's what using those passes is in the US for the last number of years.

The lounges look at this as incremental revenue from customers they don't really value and passengers tend to blame the lounge instead of the pass program, which bears at least as much responsibility for the mercurial access.

F&B is much much better than delta sky club. They even have two showers now, same as sky club. But lower ceilings and a bit warm for most Americans. Alcohol as always is self service and midrange to low end (same as sky club) but you don't have to feel compelled to tip a glorified alcohol gatekeeper aka delta bartender. Proteins are much much better. Usually a beer and fish dish here vs usually chicken and not as nicely cooked (for a buffet) at delta. Also, coffee machines here do a greater variety of espresso drinks not just espresso, latte, cappuccino, and Americano. And finally, the breads are great here!

One last thing I do dislike strongly though is that when the af or kl flight near closing time is running late, they'll call boarding early seemingly to get passengers out of the lounge so...

Renovated Air France-KLM business lounge is among the best in class. It's good as Emirates business lounge, but without the crowd! It's pure class as you'd expect from the French!

I'm flying Qantas QF74 to Sydney, and business class passengers get to use this modest sized lounge. It appears to be contracted to a Chinese company as its employees are all Chinese. Although not French, their service is impeccable.

The food is excellent and the ambience perfect. Varied places to sit, and I came early to take some overview videos without any passengers present.

I'm glad that I ended up here, by pure chance, as other hubs in the US offer Qantas lounges which are no where near as good. This is a blessing in disguise, as you just can't expect anything like this from Qantas, so this is great value for Qantas passengers! Although SFO and other US airports are really painful to get through security, coming early to experience this lounge is something I'll be doing again in the future if I go through SFO!

I always take a shower at these lounges to get the full experience and the showers here are well equipped and well maintained, cleaned after each use. I was assigned to a unit with wheel chair access and a baby change table. I can't remember seeing this in Qantas lounge showers {as far as I can recall).

OK, this goes in my top five favourite lounges. I...

Absolute trash service. Worst airline I have ever flown with. does not deserve anything.

Lost my bag twice, and closed the claim prematurely before I even collected luggage, gave me wrong information 6 times by different staff and customer service, failed to load my luggage on 3 different flights delaying it further. Flights to get it from Florence/Paris/San Francisco. Than told me to come in to collect my bag at 1:00 pm and upon arriving they said I had to wait another 2 hours even though they were closing at 2:00 pm to collect my baggage. Do your job and maybe you wouldn’t get such bad reviews. How incompetent can you be? If you say something be sure, don’t just say you have something or it has been loaded when it clearly hasnt and then I spend more money turning up to collect it. Also, No, I won’t trust that you will deliver it to my accomodation since you have failed me multiple times and lost my luggage multiple times with a lack of care or urgency regarding the matter. Even proceeds to give me wrong information about where to collect it at check-in desk as well causing me to walk half way across the airport....

Don’t trust any of the older reviews. A beautiful lounge with excellent alcohol and food offerings. Beef bourguignon, overcooked salmon, tasty salads and desserts. And a nice view overlooking the planes. Highly recommend!

We were flying business class and were using the lounge. The front desk staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The staff inside the lounge was quite a different story. I’ve never experienced racism so blatantly. The staff ( man) who was picking plates /cleaning tables - was very rude. We said thank you. He didn’t respond and glared at us. Same with the staff at the food area - incredibly rude and blatantly racist. I asked if they had orange juice and she said “ take it from the fridge”. Right next to me was a Caucasian woman and she asked for coffee & orange juice . The lady ( staff) wished her good morning, made her a coffee, poured her juice, made conversation and went out of her way to provide her service. A few more examples but you get the drift. Personally - If you are a person of color, please set your expectations accordingly and avoid like a plague. ( look at the other reviews) The 1 star for service was only for the front desk at the entrance.
