worst service ever, a guy took my order and left without further actions. The old lady making coffee has apparently skipped my order when she switched with the previous barista. When I asked her about my coffee she was really aggressive and asked me who took my order. I told her it was the middle-aged guy and he just looked at me as if I made everything up. SIR, THAT WAS ONLY FIVE MINUTES AGO. I offered to show them the transaction record on my credit card but the lady just kept bickering about the receipt. Well the guy who took my order just left for more milk to the counter right after tapping on the screen for me to pay, I didn’t expect him to lose his memory within just five minutes. The other cashier asked me to move to the side to wait for the coffee before I can ask for a receipt. I get it that they are always busy but some of the staff do need to show more responsibility or at least try to take account on what he/she has done. Rudest experience I’ve had in my entire life. The Hispanic lady working at the cashier laughed at me and pointed to my money while gossiping with her coworker in Spanish as I counted cash to pay for my drink. She had no shame at all- she even touched my money to show she was gossiping about it. Then she rudely said “we don’t take dirty money, clean it before you give it to us” I did the only thing I could do remove a hair from the money but money gets exchanged by thousands - it’s bound to get dirty. Someone behind me in line shouted at me to hurry up and the cashier laughed. It was like a humiliation ritual. She then told her manager about me because she knew I was going to complain, so when I did, to my suprise, he said she did nothing wrong. Do not spend a Penney on this horrific establishment. You would think that a simple coffee shop with takeout would be no problem. My expectations were not high. I asked for the yogurt and granola parfait. Harshly they told me it’s in front of you. I kept looking and couldn’t see it. I asked again, and again was told that it was in front of me. This happened about five times!! Finally I said you come out here and show it to me. Of course there wasn’t any! So they made one for me. Then I ordered a Matcha latte with oat milk. I actually saw them using coconut milk instead. And they didn’t put almost any Matcha in it.
