Omg....it's Millbrooks hidden secret/gem! Five stars isn't and doesn't do this farmers market & restaurant any justice. First, the customer service is phenomenal. They greet you when you come in, they smile talk to you even before you order. Secondly the food....it's sinfully delicious. I just ate myself silly. I recommend everything, but particularly the 1/2 chicken plate with the potato salad, field peas w/the snaps, sweet tea which comes with a one liter refill, bread, bbq dipping sauce and last but not least.....the banana pudding. This was the kiss on the lips that sealed the deal. Great food, great customer interaction and satisfaction with southern charm. What more could you ask for. Lastly the the whole meal was $11.94 and the server Kathy was awesome. A huge thumbs up to JoAnn and Mike Ingram are the cornerstones of Millbrook, Alabama. Mrs. JoAnn Ingram is the absolute best!!! When coming through Prattville, Deatsville or Montgomery please do yourself a favor and stop by Ingrams...
Read moreWe used to live in Prattville and would pass by Ingram's weekly. Friends would always speak highly of them. We have since moved away and I needed to replace some bushes for our Prattville home. I searched the internet to find plants I could have delivered but the reviews were hit and miss. I remembered Ingram's also had a nursery and decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did! Nan was the sweetest and extremely helpful as she looked over their selection to see if they had the bushes in stock and even asked additional questions to help make sure I was making a good choice. I had friends pick up the plants after purchasing them over the phone and the pictures of the bushes far exceeded my expectations! Great product and even better customer service! I look forward to moving back to this area and becoming a frequent customer...
Read moreMaybe Millbrook's best kept secret (unless you live in the Millbrook area, of course), Ingram's Farmer's Market carries an amazing selection of local art, local produce, honey, jellies, preserves, and lady but not least, fresh to table meats, sides, and desserts!
My wife saw the video of their huge grill full of wings cooking and smoking, well that's all it took!
We ended up leaving with full stomachs, a local art print, honey from Prattville, Key Lime Jelly, petunias, along with several other plants.
The smoked wings, fresh potato salad, cowboy beans, and iced cold sweet tea made for a stick-to-your-ribs experience we'll be looking to repeat sooner than later!
Ingram's is an...
