I visited to make a return of one of the two suit shirts i purchased in this store, a lady named jen (jennifer, i guess; very polite) helped me finding an tux shirt in exchange which i didn’t knew was expensive than the shirt i’m returning. I was told to come back after few mins so she could take time in making the swap, since she said swap i thought i’m getting the tux shirt for the same price as the suit shirt i’m returning. She didn’t mention either the price of the tux shirt or that i have to pay the difference.
After i came back, i met a guy (Ryan) with no hair; with muscle, very rude. made fun of me (saying, ohh you want a shirt that’s worth 300$ for $100!) and an employee standing behind and over hearing the conversation laughed loudly (such an embarrassment) just because i said the lady who helped me earlier said that she would make a swap.
This left a bad impression on this store and i returned an other suit shirt as well which i purchased for $100. I didn’t want to spend a penny in this store.

We were told at another Hugo Boss location that my parents had to go to store instead of an outlet to do the online exchange, and Short Hills mall was the closest nearby. They were being helped out by someone who spoke Spanish who was very kind to them and when the employee went to the register to take care of them, he told her the situation and gave not only my parents an attitude, but to her employee as well, asking to see a receipt. She raised her voice to her employee, asking for receipt when there was only an online shipping confirmation, which can be accepted. She grabbed the online exchange item (shoes) and proceeded to throw the box on the seat instead of handing it over directly to my parents, and told them “there are the shoes, try them on”. She was perfectly fine helping out the other customers in the store, but when it came to my parents and her employee who were speaking Spanish, she got very nasty. Went to the store to pick up a pair of Jeans as it was available in-store and was sold out online. I own a couple of Boss suits and a few pants, but this was my first time trying their Jeans. So, upon picking up, I wanted to try it on. I’ve had my wife and a 9-mo old baby accompany me to the store. This was on a working Tuesday, store was empty, no customers but for me. My wife and baby were made uncomfortable with the stares by one associate as he seemed cross for don’t know the reason. You can’t really expect a 9mo old to behave poised(she wasn’t even crying when we were in the store), even if it is a luxury store.
