I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment, where to start, order was placed 4-6 weeks turn into 9+ months horrifying experience, I received nothing but a run around timelines, after patiently waiting, I requested a refund, not only the refund was not granted, but Sol Shem-tov is the most dishonest and untrustworthy business owner that I have ever dealt with, I was insulted over the phone and all sudden a nice tone (your order will arrive soon) turn into a rude and unwelcome recital of his policies.
In response to his unreal representation of the events that occurred, this is how it truly went down.
As previously communicated both verbally and in writing, you abused of my willingness to work with your company to fulfill this order, let's outline the facts correctly:
Order was placed in March with a commitment to have items delivered to my house 4-6 weeks once placed, this never happened. I followed approximately 8+ weeks after your original committed time frame, let's do the math 6+8 = 14+ weeks without items being delivered. I considered this more than reasonable time to fulfill an order, which never happened. I requested a full refund on an order never fulfilled by your establishment, all documented in writing, at which point your establishment conveniently brought up terms & conditions, not explicitly stated anywhere, there is no sign contract or acknowledgement on my behalf of such T&C's because they were never provided. You didn't take accountability for your wrong doing, and you believe offering me a credit with your establishment will fix the issue, what person in the right mind would want a credit with a place that doesn't respect customer's time and business ethics You insulted me both via text and phone calls when I confronted you about the fact your company didn't fulfill the order within reasonable time and I wanted my money back, I am going to quote your statement: "GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED" You held my credit card information without my consent, untrustworthy way to conduct business. You decided to charge my credit card a second time, without my authorization or attend to remediate the issue, after my cc ruled in my favor driven by the dispute raised After I was able to clear the second dispute from the second charge which went all the way to VISA, you reached out because you wanted me to remove the true representation of the facts online
By all means, let's state the facts correctly so consumers understand you failed and never took accountability for your actions, yet you are victimizing yourself.

Read moreWe purchased a beautiful butterfly chandelier (via phone) from the Westfield location, site unseen. The store was having their 50% off lighting sale, which we were beyond excited about. We had seen this chandelier 2 years prior, in a smaller version, hanging in their Millburn store, so we knew it was stunning! Both Sol and Andrea were beyond helpful with answering our various questions, taking payment over the phone, and setting up an appointment with Emanuel, their installer. Emanuel came to our house, with another worker and both worked very diligently piecing the chandelier together. They were on time, kind, professional, and respected our requirements of wearing their masks the entire time (as we did), while remaining at a 6 foot distance. We are over the moon with not only the quality of the product, but the level of service from both the store and the installer, especially during covid. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Emanuel for any light installations...
