Klee Nail — Local services in Millburn

I will not be returning to this establishment. I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 simple mani pedis. The lady asked me what time works for me, i told her 5pm. I get to the place around 5:10. The lady immediately looked surprised to see us and tells us the appointment was at 4:45pm... That another customer came and she took her instead, And if my husband and I could wait til she's done before we're serviced. Granted, i didn't get a call from them at the time of my appointment or anything. But she asked ME what time works for me, and if she put down the wrong time, that's NOT my problem. If she'd been more polite about it maybe we would have waited, but definitely not...

I wanted to like this place, because I live 2 minute walking distance. But I will never be back. I called and asked how much it would be to remove builder gel polish and do a regular manicure with clear polish. The gentleman asked and quoted me 25$ when I went to pay they told me it was 35$ "because of the type of nail polish it was" I told them exactly what I had on my nails they should not have changed their mind AFTER about the price. You should tell me at the beginning of my appointment, it was shady and dishonest. Not to mention my nails look horrible. I moved to this area 6 months ago and this is the first time I've found a salon I wanted to return to. I called a week ahead to make an appointment for a dip powder mani, regular pedi, eyebrow wax for both me and my friend. They did a wonderful job with everything. We were both immediately seated, service was great. They did a great job with my eyebrow wax as well and listened to what I wanted.
