I've been coming here once a week on average for a while now. I've recently introduced my husband to my foot massage ritual. Today was his second time coming with me and this was a HORRIBLE experience. We were (literally) 40-minutes into our massage and I presume the manager (he runs the front) came in and told us we had to move to the other room because four women walked in and we were in the room that seats four. He started to laugh....and even gave us worn shoes to get up and move...and laughed again when we did not want to wear someone else's shoes! At the end we had someone translate (nicely) that this should not happen in the future...I kid you not he shooed us away with his hand as his cell phone was ringing and he cared to answer his phone more than customer service. I called in the morning to ask the type of massages, price and hours . I went there around 3pm and some people was waiting which was fine , they asked to seat and I quietly wait my time . The problem is they do not speak English and can’t communicate or even try to, I showed them my phone with the name of massage but they had no clue . I wanted reflexology and the guy said he did not know but when I called in the morning the lady said it was fine. I also observed 3 ladies having foot massage , they would leave them alone for while and go pick up the phone , open the door and would leave in the middle of massage . Unprofessional , better option is go to the Livingston mall massage place . Waste of time !!! Avoid place if you want a foot massage and leave with a head massage because they can’t...
