Greetings: If anyone is thinking about attending a school for Real Estate, this is the school for you, please look no further! Everyone is respectable and kind. I attended the school from June thru August 2018, in the evenings ( I was tired, coming from work and hungry, which means not that excited to be in school til 9:30 at night) but somehow, this class kept my interest and attention. It allowed me to see myself in the field before I'd even passed the class! Tired and all, I passed the test from class, on the first try. Mr. Tim Wyman, the Instructor, has an innate passion for the field, so much exaltation regarding the field exudes throughout his veins, when he is teaching. Currently in the field; he cares about his students and their understanding. If you are serious about changing your life and becoming a Sales Agent, you found your place. Mr. Wyman, brings "real life scenarios" to the class. This instructor takes his time with you and forces you to "do better"! This is definitely a school of Business! I highly recommend it. P.S. I want to share my personal experience, because I feel all the negative reviews can't do it justice here. I read all the negative reviews online (Google, Yelp) and had major concerns prior to signing up for the Real Estate Class. I had couples of schools to choose from, so I called each one of them. All the school eventually gave me all the answers in a very polite manner, but PSB was exceptional. I wasn't on hold for long time to get answers (happened with other school), and each time I was connected to the person in charge, who can answer and address all my concerns right away. (I called multiple times). I then signed up because its location, flexibility, class incentives and friendly helpful staffs. I got the class with "the teacher with accent" (as other review mentioned). She is experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, she is truly wonderful, her class was never boring, hours went by fast (boring class is also one of my concerns) I felt I have learned so much more than textbook in her class. To end my long review, I passed my state exam within 3 weeks of finishing the class. I just hope "the teacher with accent" will still be teaching there when I go back for...

This school was great I would recommend it to anyone looking to secure their real estate license. I took classes from September 2017-December 2017 Tuesday’s and Thuradays from 6:30 PM- 9:30 PM. The instructor Tim Wyman is phenomenal he made it a point not to just sit in class and read the book because we could do that on our own time at home. He provided a lot of real industry examples and really help you relate to the topics and the in class quizzes and power points for very informative and helpful. Additionally Tim is very quick at responding to emails about any questions regarding the course or the industry.
