The sales person we ordered from in early December was friendly & helpful with what we wanted to purchase. We were told the furniture would arrive by February 2 then we could arrange delivery. It's two weeks past delivery date and no call from anyone to arrange delivery. We drove out of our way to the store to inquire about our furniture and the sales person couldn't reach anyone to get a status for us. We were told, they'll get back to us and not a word. The only reason we drove to the store was because we texted and were told they would get back to us and we didn't get the promised response. It's equally frustrating to drive there to not get any information just to be told they'll get back to us and you don't hear anything. Tech came out to clean but stain is still there. Then I learned I have no warranty with the company on the brochure I was given for PROTECT ALL.
