Pizza King — Restaurant in Millsboro

I’d give no stars if I could. Went to pizza king with my two girls and two nieces for a girls night out dinner. We were the only table in the restaurant for 80% of the time there, until another couple came in. I ordered an Italian. The server brought over our food and I didn’t realize my sub was not what I had ordered until after I got the girls situated. I waited 20 minutes for our server to come back at this point she just asked if we were ready for the bill. I told her yes but would like the sub to be removed off the bill as I didn’t eat it and it was not mine. I was never offered for the sub to be remade, an apology or anything. Instead the staff would give my table glares as the kitchen staff loudly talked about this, while one of girls tried to tell them to be quiet. At this point I sat ant my table and ordered a sub from pizza palace down the road. After another 20 mins I had to walk up to the counter to ask to pay my bill. She told me the total and got annoyed when I asked for a copy of the bill as I had not even seen it yet. I am a member of a men's group that meets for breakfast every other Tuesday morning. We've been doing this for years. Normally, our waitress was Paula who was very good. The owners gave Paula off on Tuesdays which is very suspicious? Instead, our waitress was Ashleigh. Anyway, 13 men showed up for this past meeting. Ashleigh provided all the beverages to the men as they arrived. 30 minutes later, she took our breakfast orders. Now, the PK coffee cups are tiny. So, most are empty by now. I, personally expected Ashleigh to come back after entering orders to refill drinks. Never happened. We next saw her 45 minutes later when the orders were ready. She gave everyone their order and left. The food was cold and everyone was out of coffee. I would expect a waitress who wants tips to go around refilling coffee. Didn't happen. I had to ask her to do it. This was the worst service I have ever been exposed to in a restaurant. Can't wait until...

Had to edit review. If it could be 0 it would Checked the sandwich and it was so greasy that it had already split through the roll in the parking lot…. Haven’t even left yet. Someone goes in to take the sandwich to have them swap it onto a new roll, yet that staff insists they remake it when we tell them we do not have time and just wanted the roll changed. When I was told the refused to swap the roll and instead demanded they remake the sandwich I went inside (mind you it had been 15-20 minutes at this point so the rest of my $40 order was warm at best without my 15 minute ride home). After going inside I asked whether or not they were asked to just change the roll or to redo the sandwich which the manager insisted it was her idea to remake it, then I see the entire backstage joking and laughing in my direction so I told her I wanted a full refund for my now cold order.
