Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Milltown

I am(was) a frequent visitor of this store. I receive many coupons in the mail from Norman's. Quite frankly I seldom to never use them. By change I had received an 8.00 dollar coupon in the mail from Norman's and happened to be going there anyways so I remembered to actually bring it to the store. I have always enjoyed shopping there. Upon check out the cashier told me my coupon had already been presented. I was surprised at her statement because I know I had not used the coupon. The cashier ( Patty) continued to tell me obviously you did. I continued that there is NO way humanly possible I used that coupon. Needless to say I will NEVER step foot back in that store. I have no patients for false accusers. Perhaps it was a computer glitch, no absolutely terrible customer service. Crazy they were willing to accept losing a regular many year customer over an 8 dollar coupon. ...

Update , this place has improved customer service drastically since my last review 7 years ago. I come here all the time now.
