Very very very bad customer service. I been there last Sunday 2/18/24 around 1:30~3 pm for buy some vegetables but the cashier shown very bad attitude to me since I just bought 1 bunch of vegetable but she kept saying this is 2 bunches because a bunch type of big. I told her that she can verify then one of her worker got 2 addition bunches to verify with the one I had. All 3 bunches type of the same size after verified, but she still not admit it was only one bunch and did a lot of bad actions to reverify it, make me feel very bad. She also separated my purchase items under 2 bills without letting me know then I only paid for 1 and not aware that I still have some items not pay yet. After all, she blamed on me that I only paid for 1 and leave. I told her I was not aware that she separated my purchase items under 2 bills, she told me because I put the bar in the middle of my purchase items, then she separated, I told her that I don’t put any bar in the middle, and I asked her to open the camera to verify, including verify if I have cheating on vegetable bunch? When I asked for open camera then she was saying no more word. I believed she was missing some items then she checked them out to seconds bill. Read moreI had experience an extremely poor cashier service with an malicious unjustly accused in Milpitas Lion supermarket. I was there on 8/3/2024 Saturday at around 5:40 pm for a light shopping. I bought oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey etc s total of 6 glass bottles. The honey bottles were a bit sticky on the outer surface with dust , so I took 6 small plastic bags intended to wrap the 6 glass bottles before I loaded them into my car for safety and the sticky concerns. I didn't wrap the glass bottles right away because I thought it would be easier for the cashier to scan the bar code during checkout. Cashier Muoi was suddenly meant and raised her voice "I 'hate' people take so many plastic bags " and put all the small plastic bags away below the cashier and insisted not to give me except I had to pay 10¢ for the big plastic bags. Yet I was afraid the glass bottles would bump into each other in the big plastic bag without wrap and broken. I talked to supervisor Sum. She said she was busy. I saw there were 5 to 6 customers on the other line serving by cashiers.. If taking too many small plastic bags I understand should be avoided, but there was appropriate reason , I believe Lion Supermarket should not...

My family and I have been going to the Lions Supermarket on Milpitas Blvd all our lives. On 2/21, my mother and I went to buy some seafood, and when we left the store one of the clerks, who goes by "Han", stopped us and asked to see our receipts in an aggressive tone and everyone stopped and looked. My mom and I were so shocked because in all the years we've come to shop, we have never had this happen.
Anyways, my mom asked for the manager but no one was there. We told the clerk and 2 others who were watching that we have been coming here for ever and have never been treated like this. It was humiliating and disappointing. We tried to reach out to store manager with the card they gave us, but no one answered. I will seek further action and have reached out to headquarters.
