Walgreens — Local services in Milpitas

I’ve always gone to this Walgreens growing up since it’s in the neighborhood and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Today I tried out their photo services and was pleasantly surprised with how fast it was! Came in around 8:30am — wanted to get some passport photos done and thankful for Biancas help! She quickly took my photo and told me it would be done in 15-20min. I told her I would just shop around the store and she’s wasn’t kidding because 20minutes later she found me and handed me my printed photos! Quick and efficient if you need some printing done. 💯 Only downside is the parking lot does get busy during rush hours. Worst customer experience in a while, I was asked rudely to go to another cashier when it was my turn when I had to stand on the side for about 10 minutes, not one single person realized I was waiting. I asked nicely if I could go back to the previous line to checkout, the cashier said I have to wait in line, that I can’t jump the line(again with bad attitude).
