I had my brows done at this salon and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The technician’s skills were clearly unprofessional – the front of the brows looked harsh and unnatural, with very poor sense of aesthetics. Even after multiple corrections, the results were far from satisfactory.

What’s worse, there was obvious misleading promotion. She repeatedly claimed that the beautiful brows on the staff were done by her, reassuring me that there would be no problem. But after the actual procedure, the outcome was terrible. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she excused herself by saying those people just “look naturally good.”

I paid nearly $900 for this service, which was a complete waste. They also promised that I could come back for a touch-up within 3 or 6 months, but when I returned at 6 months, they refused to honor it, making me waste time and effort for nothing.

I got the tomato acne management facial and it was amazing! They give tea and desserts to enjoy while you wait for the esthetician. They also do a skin analysis on your problem areas with a high tech machine. My esthetician was amazing. She meticulously extracted all my congestion and her communication was excellent. She double checked with me if I wanted certain pimples extracted and if I was feeling any pain. She gave me a head and neck massage in between the various masks and treatments and she kept rehydrating my lips because I have super dry lips.
