Pity service and strongly disappointed in the service. I called them to make a Malabon which they first agreed to. They asked for my credit card details but I told them I did not feel comfortable sharing my credit card details as I was in public and that I’d call them back in 20 minutes and then hung up. They called me back and told me they were unable to accommodate my order and when I asked why, she said “because the cashier told me so.” Obviously, that wasn’t an adequate answer as a customer as we just spoke and she told me that she can fulfill the order but all she gave me was a flat, “the cashier told me so.”
She then proceeded to tell me that it’s because it’s Sunday and they close at 5pm and they have a policy where they can only accept orders over the phone.
It was Saturday when I called and then she said “oh, well then it’s 6pm but even though, we can’t do it for you.”
I can understand if the kitchen was unable to make it because it was a last minute order, (I’d give them a 4.5 hour notice) but for them to just flatly tell me “the cashier told me so” and then proceed to word vomit anything but the truth to me is unprofessional and extremely confusing as she told me 30 seconds earlier that they would be able to make the...
Read moreWe experienced the worst from the OWNER herself of this small bakery. She wasn't nice in treating customers. You should treat your customers in a very nice way making them leave the store with a smile and the desire to come back. You're in customer service, remember? You're suppose to give your customers a nice experience esp. the fellow Filipinos! Come on, put a smile on your face! With our experience, we would never ever come back to your store!!!! Your store is not the only one where we can get the food that you have! And don't forget, the life of your business is from your customers.... btw when the owner doesn't show good examples on how to treat customers, what do you expect from the helpers?...
Read moreDecided to check out this place, and see if I can purchase some goods for a small get together . Nice little small bakery with new decor and all. Looks nicer than the old school shops they have in Southern California . When I went they had limited flavors on the polvoron, yema, boat tarts. They also didn't have much of their assorted desserts and their fried chicken skin . Not sure if they do not carry as much as their other shops , but I'm hoping they would . They don't also put as much bacon bits in their pancit malabon, and was a bit dry compared to what I am used to . Other than that the food was still good and hopefully they will have...
