So .... Here on the last night. Been coming here for years.. . Really HATE the no cash thing.///The cards can work MUCH BETTER BUT THE VENUE NEEDS MORE SPOTS TO BUY CARDS and not just two places that are very far apart.//EACH vendor needs to be able to print receipts AND with card balance//food still great. Yum.//the entire event needs more popular music acts ..as in years past.... and not just rap stuff for younger folks- Classic rock type....(maybe old time pop music too. Haha) More groups and singers like Bobby Friss. But I understand the idea for acts that may be trying to get more exposure. Still-if can't get more popular acts...like Roger Daltrey or Stevie nicks or the Eagles for example ... Then get more really good tribute bands...along with newer acts ...... //Put the merchant tables in the pamphlet.// Or is this just all about the money and trying to pay the least possible? Just saying.. but...Amy Grant was great. Nice for her to be here.//the staff guy that took us to get the the vendor cards was SO NICE and the lady we bought the card from was also VERY NICE. The new seating is nice. Layout...
Read moreSummerfest in Milwaukee is everything a music festival should be: electric, scenic, and full of unexpected moments that stick with you. I went for Mayday Parade (and they delivered) but the entire experience was so much more than just one set.
The Skylift was a total highlight. Gliding above the crowd, we got this surreal view of multiple stages going off at once. Different bands were playing simultaneously, soundwaves blending into a kind of symphony of summer. It felt like flying through a live mixtape with Lake Michigan shimmering in the background.
The whole ambiance is something special. There’s music around every corner, a buzz in the air, and that feeling of being part of something bigger. Whether you're front row at your favorite band or just soaking it all in with the breeze off the lake, Summerfest knows how to make magic happen.
If you're into music, good vibes, and summer nights that leave a mark, this is the place. Can't wait to go...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Went to see big time rush last night (8/9/25) and the venue was terrible. They opened the doors and hour late, so whent the concert was starting, we missed the opening acts, then the venue proceeded to make everyone wait in the rain for 4 HOURS before telling us that the concert is canceled. Horrible customer service there as well. Merch people, security and concession people were very rude to people. No compensation for people who were waiting for the concert and the literally KICKED us out into dangerous weather. If the band would of played, we would of been leaving at the same time they canceled the concert. Overall, ill be going back for the rescheduled concert and then never again after that. Also yall should refund my friend who paid $30 for parking since we were there for nothing. American family insurance amphitheater, get yourself together...
