AutoZone is the best!! A mechanic shop ran a $100 test and still did not know what was wrong with my car. It would start up but then it would cut off as soon as I put it in drive. I had to start it up over and over. Then when it finally stayed running, it would go, maybe 3-5 miles, then cut off in the middle of the road. It had just gotten a new alternator, battery, tune up, spark plugs, wires, all new fluids and filters (not to mention, new tires) and the motor and transmission were checked out, in which both tested in great condition. Now it was doing this crazy stuff! IT WAS DRIVING ME NUTS!! So, I stopped at AUTOZONE. I had them run their FREE TEST and they found the problem! The wonderful lady there took the time to explain what every detail of the test results meant and what needed to be done to fix the problem. I highly recommend AUTOZONE IN MINERAL WELLS, TEXAS. Don't bother calling to check on anything before driving up there. They'll answer quickly, but they immediately put you on hold before you can say a word.

I had a simple "yes or no" question that anyone who had worked there for 3 weeks could answer without having to touch a computer or walk anywhere, but they never bothered to find out that taking my call actually would take less effort than putting me on hold. On my 3rd try, after getting put on hold again, out of curiosity and spite, I left the call going on speaker while I did chores for 30 minutes, and just now while I was writing this review they finally spoke to me and took the 4 seconds to answer my question after 34 minutes lol.

Just in case someone else ever has the same question I did, no they don't dispose of a used engine coolant, and they don't know anyone around...

I received the best Customer Service I have gotten in a long time. I would like to say, My brakes went out on 06-28-2024 while leaving my home. I got the car back up to my home. I called Auto Zone explained my situation and a gentleman by the name of Clay was the one talking with me. I explained my situation, this man delivered the brake pads to me, so I would not have to chance trying to get there and get them. I wanted to tip, and NO, he would not do that.
