Terrible experience I came in to sign up for welcome unlimited. Switched off my old carrier for the $120 a month 4 lines. 1st month bill came and it's $578 . The team lead Jason I set me up with all my services and when I came in with questions about my bill he refused to do anything about it. He wouldn't even give me his district managers number to have someone else resolve the situation. Now I'm stuck regretting I ever swapped service and I can't go back. Called customer service and they fixed all my future billing due to him putting every line on my account to the highest cost service but they can't fix the 1st month because it has to be fixed at the location I got service. After trying to get something worked out for 10 months I was told that there wasn't enough evidence as to what I was told and there was nothing they could do cause it had been to long. I have gone up there at least 10 times in the 10 months trying to get it resolved and always told they were gonna do something and nothing ever got done. Great guys...really helpful, and are very good at what they do. I always have issues dealing with Verizon on the phone, and these two guys not only got me straightened out with my order, but also hooked me up with some good deals and was very helpful explaining what would have been a difficult to figure out situation. 100% recommend seeing these guys for your mobile...
