This locations problem is in fact management and has been all the way up to corporate for some time now. It's ran by a woman who goes by Kim she has both of her kids working under her. I started working for her a few months ago as a cook on grill and got good and comfortable within a few weeks. One of her daughters was always scheduled to relive me from my shift and she was a minor wich was against company policy for a minor to work grill. And on top of that she would always come in with a silent attitude and acting as if I didn't know how to do my job. But I gave good service everyday I'd give her my 2 cents then move on each time. Then one day she comes in and all my responsibilities I was required to do before her shift were done except for 4 pans I was about to grab and wash then I could clock out. She took it upon herself to bring them back there too me but tossed them aggressively. I was at a point to where I couldn't take it anymore i was just trying to do my job correctly and move on each day. I grabbed the 4 pans and slamed them to the floor breaking each one clocked out and left. I then talked to Kim the next day she was understanding said that her daughter wasn't even speaking to her. Anyway this type of shii continued I was fired went a week later to collect my last check at 9 am. She reminded me I needed to bring the uniform or she would not give me my check so I went and got it. I then waited for 3 hours in the lobby for her to bring my check from the safe she was just cutting up with employees. I kept reminding her I need my check and have things to do she finally comes from behind the counter as the police are showing up. The police officer then tells me she's trespassing me so I sign the trespass notice and her termination paper. I was trespassed for 2 years with no technical reason then i left. I wouldn't eat at this location ever again anyway due to the fact that no one else wore gloves when making anything and I wouldn't trust anyone...

When I pulled in there were 6 cars ahead of me and 2 left because they are taking too long. I waited for 57 mins for one meal and were notified 3 employees were only working. They weren't smart enough to put a post sign drive through if they have to take orders at pull-in windows. Waste of time to stay and wait if you need to order fast-food. This is not a restaurant...
Wanted a simple Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. No Salad were order because they don't have it. Looked up online quickly and found what I wanted, she took off and talking to other friend or someone at the door. Waited for 3 more minutes til she arrives. Told her I wanted Classic Buttery Jack, and were notified they were out of garlic butter... til I went ahead to order Classic Spicy Jack. Recieved soggy Tomatoes and cold food...
One of employee were probably a drug user because their actions isn't appropriate, talking too much, not taking job too seriously and too flirty? I caught the window girl who is handling all that situation, she rubs her nose, grabbing ice out of ice machine with same hand and eating it (spreading germs in ice machine for the public?!?! GROSS), showing her butt to other people, messy hair and again ... not taking job seriously. They need to be write up or being fired.
Never coming back again... Sick and...
Read moreOrdered a chicken sandwich with no cheese. Sat in the drive thru forever, was asked.. No cheese right? Yes.. No cheese. Leave to go to our appointment... sandwich had Swiss cheese on it and no curly fries. Had to wait to take it back. Tried to show the receipt said no cheese on it.... there was literally Swiss cheese hanging from the box... asked to speak to the manager. The Manager called my husband a liar, said there's no cheese on there, that's mayo. He showed her the sandwich and she said why did you wait so long to bring it back? The new sandwich was lathered in mayo and had a unripe tomato on it. It was very obvious why we were treated this way. We will not return to this location. This is exactly what our country is now, people don't want to work and when they do they want to get paid to do nothing. A waste of $12.
In response to reply. Did reach out. Manager took our receipt so we no longer have any info. If you will look at your reviews for the last long while I think you might see that we are not the only ones that have been letting you know there is a problem...
