Well, now I know first hand why people avoid this particular DQ. Sad because other DQ’s can put out products of good quality and rapid speed. I ordered an icream product. When the young man came to window I became weary due to his lack of cleanliness , hands, clothes etc. Than what I was served was not what I ordered and what I experience at other DQ’s. The fudge they put in the middle was consistancy of water and tasted of ashtray. Had to hold it outside the window while I parked. Since it flowed over the sides. The place inside behind the counter was a mess. Two young boys were working , one at counter/drive through , one cooking & The Manager. He made another that was not pouring liquid over the sides but with the same watered center filling ice cream melting and an off white color, and the horrid taste. I got my money back and left. Surprised this location is still open. Health violations were too many to list here.
Update, I contacted the health dept in town. They said thank you but did absolutely nothing. If you value your health, stay away...

It was Sunday afternoon, not peak hours, and yet we waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for two burgers and two ice creams. That’s not a complex order—it’s barely a snack run.
Inside, it looked like just two or three employees were running the entire store. The line of cars kept growing, and the service never sped up. Too many customers. Not nearly enough staff. And worse—no apology, no update, not even eye contact. Just silence, delay, and a staff that looked completely burned out. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to be there, and honestly, neither did we.
I don’t know if it’s just a Sunday thing, a management issue, or a permanent state of disrepair—but either way, it wasn't a good experience and a hard pass for me in the future if I'm ever in...
Read moreThis really frazzled young lady was running the drive through window. I felt bad for her, but at the same time didn't. If you aren't ready to take an order don't tell the person at the speaker to go ahead. Then we wait for you to open the window and ask us what our order was again? Them we wait for another 5-10 minutes for you to hand us our order wrong. With a toddler who is winding up the angry because we're sitting still...... And all she kept saying was "I'm sorry, I'm alone!" Clearly you are not, because then you blamed the other girl for messing up our blizzards and switching the sizes of them.... Honey. Take a breath. Organize your thoughts. Then procede. I've worked in food for a long time. I understand when you can feel overwhelmed, but don't blame others on your team. This does not make you appear more capable or...
