They create a personalized fitness plan for you, & track your progress every time you train. The personalization is what keeps me coming back. The trainers are well-trained, educated, and passionately committed to giving their clients the best workout possible, all with great energy and constant encouragement. Read moreI have been a virtual client for three years, but I was in MSP so scheduled my Monday workout in person last week. I had sprained my ankle bad enough it hurt to walk, but Maria was able to tailor my workout so I was able to work every part of my body, and not flex my foot (therefore not hurt my ankle. My whole body workout, with each muscle group reaching failure, lasts only 30 minutes. You have to experience it to believe it. Working one on one with a trainer is a game changer, and achieving better results in 1/3 of the time (working out twice a week) just blows me away.
