It was hard to book in the first place, cancelled the morning of the appointment, and there was no offer to reschedule. I purchased a Groupon Lotus 21. I used her website to book an appointment, but it was listed as “pending” and later came back declined. I attempted again, and it was again declined. I contacted the stylist, and she promote me to try again, and this time it worked. I booked my appointment for a Wednesday before a wedding. The stylist texted me at 7:50 am that she could not keep the 10 am appointment because she was sick. She prompted me to contact Groupon for a refund as her calendar was booked out. I understand people get sick, but there was no offer for rescheduling and little remorse for the short notice. I have never had an business experience that was as unprofessional...

Very cool set up! In a building of all salons, each one has their own little room. I got bangs and they are exactly what I asked for. I sort of asked for whatever she thought looked best and she did a great job. I will absolutely be back for a haircut and hopefully a color...
