I used her website to book an appointment, but it was listed as “pending” and later came back declined. I attempted again, and it was again declined. I contacted the stylist, and she promote me to try again, and this time it worked. I booked my appointment for a Wednesday before a wedding. The stylist texted me at 7:50 am that she could not keep the 10 am appointment because she was sick. She prompted me to contact Groupon for a refund as her calendar was booked out.
