Firstly, I liked the cheesy garlic styx but the crust of the garlic styx and pizza was so burnt it hurt our mouths to eat it. Secondly, they would not take orders on call and they don’t have a website where we can order. So we had to go there, place an order and wait for 25 minutes. Not a minute early. Thirdly, they had the audacity to charge a 19.5% “hospitality fee” which no one bothered to mention before the payment screen was in our faces. We were just picking up. We didn’t order on DoorDash just because we didn’t want to pay their exorbitant fees. And then we had to pay this. We didn’t even dine in. And apparently they are “proud to have replaced tipping with this so as to provide their employees a decent living wage”. Proud? They should be ashamed they have to sneakily compel customers to pay 20% extra over the bill amount to be able to pay their employees wages, not proud. All of this for not good pizza at all. The bartender took my glass without asking if I would like another one Three times! I then had a few great apes. After the first one, I asked the bartender to only put a splash of soda into the slammer instead of filling the glass. The second time I ordered one I had to tell him again. The third time I forgot to tell him and he again filled the glass full. We got the Shredder and it was chefs kiss. Had the perfect amount of heat and sweet with those crispy edges. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We were offered to get the +$2 house made ranch so we got the ranch and it was AMAZING. But I do not think you need it for this specific pizza because it overpowers everything.
