We had the most horrible experience with this store. We had purchased a beautiful and expensive reclining sectional couch. When it was delivered, one of the reclining chairs would not fully recline. In addition, one is the charging stations and lights on the couch was not working and there was a small cut in the leather.

We immediately called the store since the delivery guy has advised us to do so in order to get a replacement couch. The owner of the store told us that the couch was not in stock but they would call us in about a month when it had arrived. They never called back. When I called back to inquire about it we got the run around over and over. We call several times over many months trying desperately to get our situation resolved. We never received the replacement couch and when I told them I would seek a attorney to resolve the situation they hung up the phone on me.

This store is only interested in making money and has ZERO regard for any type of customer service after they have received their money. I am highly surprised that they are still in business because they treat customers like absolute dirt.

Please avoid this store when buying furniture. There are many other places who actually care about...

If i could give them a ZERO I WOULD. All my furniture came broken and with missing pc very cheap quality. They didn't like it when we complained about our furniture. We waited 2 weeks and now have no furniture. They blamed the delivery boys to wash their hands, that the boys didn't know what they were doing. They threw they employees under the bus. Now they have the nerve to say they didn't want us as clients because we didnt want broken furniture. WE WOULD Call and they would hang up on us and on the delivery boys. Horrible customer service, horrible furniture quality horrible manager By the name of Andrea horrible sales person by the name of Claudia. 500% horrible company. Our experience was the worst ever. Thats why you must go to city furniture or El Dorado and spend money for high quality furniture. These stores are mickey mouse cheap quality that it shows when furniture is delivered....

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store. They failed to deliver my order on time, and throughout the entire process, they were extremely unprofessional. They rarely, if ever, pick up the phone, and when they do, you’re met with attitude instead of answers.

The manager, Tina, completely lacks even the most basic customer service skills. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero accountability or concern for the delay and the frustration it caused. Not once did anyone from the store apologize or try to make things right.

Their complete lack of respect for their customers is appalling. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should be ashamed of how they treat people who choose to spend their hard-earned money here. Also one of the sofa arrived damage with a hole ... again this horrible store offer not help or discount Avoid this store...
