The associate was very nice and patient with my daughter. However, when it came time to get her ears pierced, the piercing gun seemed to have trouble on both ears. The backs of the earrings wouldn’t go on properly, and although the associate tried to secure them, her long acrylic nails made it difficult. After some struggling and with my child crying from the process, I ended up having to put the backs on myself. Been a client since 2013. Today march of 2021 this company lost a client. They did not want to honor the insurance purchased. They want me to buy another pair of jewelry. That's a joke. I literally walked across the piercing pagoda booth into Rogers and Hollands jewelry store and purchased a $199,00 pair of earrings for my daughter. Poor business. Sad to say that after being a client for 8 years, after checking my profile they saw i have purchased other 4 times, and still didn't wanted to honor the insurance, I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Took my baby to Claire’s and they were so rude to me and then refused to use anything other than their $70 to $100 earrings to pierce her ears. Walked down the mall to piercing pagoda and not only were they super friendly and welcoming they gave us our choice of affordable earrings. Will only be using piercing pagoda for my kids piercings...
