I can in on Sunday at like 1:40 ish to get my ring fixed because my stones fell out and just to get it resized.
When I walked in I was greeted my a lady behind the desk and I asked her if I could get my ring fixed and I showed her my ring and my warranty for the ring. She immediately told me “we don’t do fixings” then The lady next to her asked to see my ring and took over. she looked at my ring, put it on a sizer or something cause i guess it was bent and said that’s how the stones fell out. ( but didn’t explain how it could have gotten bent ON my finger)
then I signed my email into her tablet to see my warranty. she brings over a new ring and proceeds to tell me that “they don’t fix anything if it’s bent”(but still gives me a new ring) THEN after I take the new ring and put it on she says “and don’t bend this one” with some attitude.
I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but me and my boyfriend only replied respectfully to her if she asked anything. Like lady I was only coming in to get my...
Read moreDrove from Middlebury, IN to the university Park Mall location AFTER checking the store hours. Everything on line confirmed they would be OPEN at 11:00 on a Saturday. Drove the 45 minutes, arriving at the store at exactly 11 only to discover that the store was opening at 12:00 that day. Saw two salespeople inside the store so we called and was told that they were sorry but they wanted to do an inventory. They would not help us and were quite rude. Apparently Pandora is doing so well that they don't have to worry about losing sales on a Saturday, when all the other stores were open and eager to earn business. Read moreI went in today because a couple of the stones in my reversible pandora ring fell out. It had only been 7 months that I've had my ring so it was still within the 1-year warranty. It was worth over $100 so I was sure it'd be fine to get the stones replaced. At first, I was told by an associate that I couldn't get the stones fixed/ring replaced (I was shocked). But the manager was able to speak with me and help me with getting my ring good as new. I can't explain how appreciate I am of the customer service I received today.
