Not impressed at all. I knew going in what this store was about. NEVER buy electronics from places like this. My husband and I purchased a Meta Quest 2 for our kids for Christmas. It was supposed to be 50% off their price. After the gentleman rang it up, it was only 40% off. No biggie honestly. Take it home, plug it in, didn’t work. Husband tried several different chargers, and still didn’t work. Husband YouTubed the issue, and it’s an overheated battery for which you have to send it in to be fixed. Took it back immediately, and was told by one of the cashiers she was “glad she didn’t purchase it for her daughter because she figured it didn’t work”. She further stated that when she had taken it out of the box, she noticed all the plastic coverings had been removed. I’m sure it went back on the shelf for another unsuspecting customer to buy. So please be aware. The only positive thing I can say is, we did get our full refund (kind of … still waiting for it to hit the bank account 🙄). I try and make a lap here at least once a week because of the rotating price structure. Definitely hit and miss on quality and whether or not what you like would be considered a “smoking deal,” but sometimes you do find some great buys. For example, this week I found Target-brand clothes, name-brand cosmetics and supplements all 90% off and got them for literally about a dollar a piece. If you like the thrill of bargain hunting, it’s definitely worth stopping in often. Staff is always extremely friendly. If you’re not impressed your first time around, give it a week before going back because inventory and the percentage off amount change often. One section might be 50% off, but a week or two later it may’ve changed to 60% or 70% off. Once a section is 90% off for a few days, it gets re-stocked and reset to 50% off. Went to buyers market yesterday for the 2nd time after a friend recommended it! I was absolutely blown away at the amazing deals and how incredibly nice everything is! I will never pay full price for anything again! Truly an amazing place making it affordable for my family to get new items. The manager (I think) was also incredibly kind and helpful.
