Mattress Warehouse — Local services in Mishawaka

I bought a full mattress and founation box and delivery charge and taxes total was $918.06. Jim Webster Manager never said that if you bought more then $699.00 they had coupons. When I asked Jim he said he did not know their were coupons. JIM being the manager should and I sure he did know about the coupons. It took him a long time to ring up my purchase. If your the manager you would be able to handle that task.The coupons were for free financing, two free pillows, free local delivery and free removal. When Jim gives you the receipt he slids it over on the counter and never tell you there list of things on the back side. I talked him on a Friday and he tells me to come see him on the following Monday when he would have a controller there to be able to adjust the price. I go and Jim meets me outside on the front of the store and never takes me in the store to talk. I walked up to Jim and he said he was thinking about it and he was going to do nothing for me. I drove 31 miles round trip to get nothing done by JIM. I called and ask the owner to call me and never heard nothing from them either. I wonder how many times Jim has done this to other customers? VERY DISHONEST JIM!!! I had to push one star but Jim does not deserve...

I stopped in after another store was too busy helping other people and wouldn't help me. Mattress Warehouse was closing in 30 minutes, but Terry took his time showing me different models after I told him what I thought I was looking for. Definitely low pressure, he provided a lot of information, answered all my goofy questions, and showed me a variety of selections in my price range. Not once did he try to hurry me up so he could lock the doors and go home. Ultimately, I bought a floor model which they wrapped up that day ("I don't want anybody else on that bed!") and got an amazing bed, even nicer than I ever expected, for an excellent price. The regular price would have been out of my budget, but we helped each other out... I'll take that 2017 model off your hands for you, sure! I'd recommend this store to anyone who wants the salesperson to actually LISTEN to what you want, and try to provide you with the best...

The salesman that waited on me was really nice and he gave me a good deal on the twin and queen beds that I purchased. At the time of sale and payment, I was told that my old mattresses and box springs would be hauled away and the new beds set up for me. That was not the service I received when the time came for delivery. Very unprofessional, these kids they sent looked like they could still be in high school. All they did was dump the new bedding into my living room. I had to drag the old bedding out of the house and onto the pile in my backyard for my husband to burn. Then I had to put the new beds together myself. This caused a lot of pain and exhaustion for me because I have fibromyalgia and a bad back. The product was great, service left a lot...
