Firehouse Subs Wilshire Plaza — Restaurant in Mishawaka

First time ever trying this place and honestly will probably never be back. My friends were meeting to eat with me, unfortunately got hung up due to a flat tire. Managed to return, still super excited despite their inconveniences, to also try this place for the first time. As soon as they entered the building, who would appear to be the manager this evening, started laughing and talking loudly about what he saw in the parking lot.. little did he know that was them finding out they had a flat tire. After continuing to unprofessionally involve himself in their personal business and almost make a joke out of it, they then had to take their order to go because they no longer felt comfortable to sit and have dinner. Had the manager been more focused on order accuracy rather than being so unprofessional, he probably would have remembered to give them the mac and cheese that they paid for.. considering he was the one...

Went here last week and they were PACKED, line almost out the door. Took about 20 mins to get my food after I ordered, but I understood because they were extremely busy and the sub was AMAZING, so to me it was worth the wait. So today I brought my husband here to try their subs. They weren't even half as busy, not very busy at all if you ask me, and we waited more then 30 mins... For a sub. Multiple people complaing and some getting their money back and leaving. That's exactly what we did, got our money back and went somewhere else to eat. Absolutely ridiculous, doubt...

Subs are amazing.. One more thing.. Had to edit this in.. I believe it was about time for employees to close up for the night i came in about 20 min before and ordered. I got my meal decided to just stay there an enjoy my sub. The employees that was working at time started to do there normal close up. They didnt rush me or throw fit . i stayed maybe ten min after close. I know that can be nerve wracking. Ready to go home and some dude come in last min.. Plus stays .. Excellent staff that night for holding there composers.. Ill definitely recommend and be back for...
