Horrible customer service! Ordered all new furniture for our living room including chandelier from Ethan Allen, fabric for sofa and loveseat is supposed to be performance fabric with stain guard. The code on the furniture states that it can only be cleaned with water (water does nothing) after calling and speaking to in store personnel, store staff threw the salesperson under the buss and said they never should have sold us that fabric because oils from skin or clothing will cause stains. We have given Ethan Allen plenty of time to make this right, the manager will not respond. Furniture purchased from Sofa Mart and Ashley Furniture is far better quality at a much better price point. I was excited to use Ethan Allen and willing to pay a premium to have a designer design my space. Boy did we pay a premium and the 2 chairs we got look like a 3rd grader put them together,. We have service come out and they adjusted the chairs cushions but it still looks cheap. We paid over 2k per chair ! Couch we bought was so uncomfortable we put it in the basement and had it replaced. Then the credit card company and our account. Worst customer service ever ! Luckily we did not get hit with finance charges for the 2 years no interest but dealing with them was...

This is a wonderful place to shop for your home furnishings! Everyone is very helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions. My absolute best opinion of the store is this.....for just a slight bit more money ( many times not). You can get amazing pieces that are top quality and will last you for many years then anywhere else . I will never buy from anywhere else! I'm a life time buyer of Ethan Allen!...
