I must say Home Outlet outshines all the other bigger retail stores. In both pricing and customer service. We felt like we became regulars with how often we were in the store. Within a visit or two, River and the staff knew our name, bringing a sense of familiarity and excitement when shopping. Larry even kept my toddler busy during one visit! They never made me feel like a burden asking too many questions and we're patient and so helpful when we were designing our kitchen. We were doing a full remodel so we were in and out many times and starting from scratch, River offered valuable suggestions that we would never have thought of! Our kitchen cabinets arrived sooner than expected and River was great at communicating. He even personally texted us that they were in and kept in touch with us during and even after, just checking in, seeing our how project was going and if we were happy with our purchases. This day in age, you don't often come across that type of customer service. Their prices are truly unbeatable. We also bought trim for our house and a French door. We shopped around for kitchen cabinets, floors, and backsplash. They had the best deals around and good quality products. Everyone in the store was a pleasure to work with. River, the store manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer and to make your shopping experience a good one. His motto is to help take the stress off as much as he can in store, knowing that the construction at home is a stressful enough experience. Will definitely be back and continue to refer friends and family here. This store is not a menards, lowes, or home depot. It is better! It is more personalized and it is really unique how they put your kitchen remodel together on the computer and show you what it will look like on a tv and give you a printout so you can get a better visual to take home. I rolled the dice on dropping a ton of cash here and I hit the JACKPOT. I used this store for floors, cabinets, doors, backsplash and even a kitchen sink. The entire team was outstanding.

River is amazing. He used CAD systems to design my kitchen perfectly and helped me to visualize what options worked best. His no pressure, honest, and kind energy was exactly what I needed. Jenny was fantastic as well. She was able to help me with a sizing issue I had with my appliances and went as far as calling the manufacturer of my cabinets to ensure we got the sizes we needed.
