I went for a car wash and got racially discriminated and got a charge for trespassing , today Saturday 10/12/2024 in between 3:30 and 3:40 I was drying my truck with a dirty shirt I had from the gym since the establishment does not provide drying clothes or armor all to detail your purchase of a car wash for 49 dollars for the month I had just signed up without knowing they would do this to me or that they did not provide those amenities this is my first week here in Mishawaka I just moved here from Monterey Mexico for work as a engineer for a fortune 100 company. Now I’m worried about my worker visa is in jeopardy for getting this charge for trespassing . I left before the cops should up now I’m driving around town worried I might get pulled over and deported. I will follow up with corporate to ask for the video of the incident I had today . If anyone knows the owners number so I can talk to him personally I would really appreciate it . I added a picture of the spot I was trying to clean before I got told to leave .edited post I just checked and I didn’t get charged for the monthly subscription when I asked for it the only charged me a single wash I’m glad they didn’t .edited post follow up owner commented on how I was treated . I was only there less then five minutes trying to vacuum and detail the truck with the help of two others super quick It’s not possible that we passed the ten minute limit. That being said there was two other buckles doing the same one white man and a black man why does it so happen that the Mexican gets discriminated . On August 17th I took my car through the car wash at John’s around 4:20pm please keep in mind I just got this car in may it is parked in the garage mon-Friday as I am a stay at home mom and it has never been to a contact car wash never goes on a highway I seen some dirt so I took it to get it cleaned up on my way home with NO DAMAGE after going threw the car wash I went to vacuum it out and noticed dirt still on it and while examining it noticed my car was COVERD in scratch’s everywhere a young man heard me getting upset and asked what happened and went and got his manager after telling me “I’m sorry our was has been missing up all day” the manager comes over I show her the damage and all the dirt and after questioning me on if I take my car on the highway a lot and informing me “well we have very high quality cameras that will be able to tell if these happened here or not” makes a papers incident report and takes pictures of my car tells me I should fill out a report on the website myself to witch I did she said they will reach out and help you resolve this but you can go back threw again to get the dirt and I politely told her no why would I go back threw when it just scratched my car all up and she said that’s all I can offer you so I said ok that’s fine I asked her if I could take a picture of the report she filled out and she said yeah but as I go to take the picture she places her hand over the paper so I can not get a full picture of it and as of today August 15th I still have heard nothing back from them and my car is STILL covered in scratches from their machines...

I have nothing but great things to say about John's auto spa! Of course the appearance is very appealing but honestly even their basic wash is probably one of the best car washes I've ever had. Personally I get the mid grade one and I am a VIP member for the prices are more than affordable! Definitely during this time of year with the salt and the nasty slush it makes it easy using the VIP Lane to just pull up and to get right in. They seem very popular for there's always a few cars there but with the space and amount of equipment I never have to wait which is awesome. Another great thing about this fun new car wash in our area is they offer free vacuums in the air blower for your vents. They are not like your typical Car Wash vacuums, they're easy to maneuver around the car but also have so much suction it's great! I have four kids young ones at that, whether they're sneaking snacks in the backseat or just being typical children my car tends to get pretty trash pretty quickly so the powerful easy to use free shot vacs they have available is great! All around I love this autospa it's quick convenient easy and like I said more than affordable unlimited washes for a whole month starting at $23!? For the type of wash you get it is so worth it!
