After me and my 2 year old very sick daughter got thrown out of the car on my way to orientation, and stranded in the freezing cold I walked carrying her until I found the closest place that I could use a phone to get a ride home back to south bend ... Well walked into this coffee shop and asked to use the phone , and the ladies in the front allowed me to. As I was trying to get a ride home , I was crying due to being over whelmed and not being able to reach anybody and the fact that my daughter was already very sick and was just out in the freezing cold.... When I finally did reach someone , the manager comes out and tells me I have to leave because I was crying and he had customers.... I said fine I will just let me know the name of the place, I asked him several times and all he did was keep telling me I needed to get out.. instead of him telling me the name of the place so I could tell my ride, he literally went to the back and disconnected the phone and told me to get out ... KNOWING that I was stranded with my 2 year old sick daughter ... But made me get out anyways , all because I was crying. He had no customers, the ones he did have came in got there stuff and left without saying anything... The only "customer" he had sitting at the place was someone who was using there wifi , not even a customer... My point is , the guy was rude, and instead of helping a mother who was historical from a very overwhelming and traumatizing experience, he decided to just put us out. He didn't even care why I was crying, but only cared about his "customers" and he could have easily gave me the name of the place so that I could tell the person I was on the phone with so that I could get picked up, he instead disconnected the phone on me leaving me no contact with anybody and put out into the cold. Thankfully a nice officer ended up taking me and my daughter to my orientation where I got help . To the owner of this place; you never know what someone is going through , or why they are hurting the way they are. You knew I was stranded because I told you why I was crying , but you didn't care... I can't imagine the type of business you run , if you can treat a young mom and a kid so poorly, can only...
Read moreMy husband ordered a bragel and 2 iced coffees ( he goes daily to owners 2nd location on cr 6) and they charged him 23 and some change. He asked for a receipt bc it's normally a little over 17. The guy rang him up for 2 mocha Mocha instead (7.09 vs 4.39 each) so my husband showed him and the guy argued stating that they changed the prices a month ago...again we go daily...no they did not. He told him they should be iced coffees and that the online ordering was also showing 4.39 each... still the guy argued. My husband walked out ao I called to speak with manager and the guy of coarse answered...said call back and wait for it to go to manager number...not accepting calls... it's ok - we spend so much here in a week why not over charge us and argue with us when we try to just bring to your attention...way to go. You're officially up there with all other fast food customer service now and just...
Read moreI used to love biggby but the management has implemented a new rule that your bagels cannot have the cream cheese spread on it by the employees (it slows them down and they need to save time). Then they now provide the device to you begging for a tip. Begging for a tip when they canât even put the cream cheese on my bagel. I am looking for a quick thing to eat, but now I have to park my car, and do it myself. If I could give service a zero I would. I understand having that a norm, but there was no one behind me in line, and I specifically requested they put it on my bagel not on the side. I will no longer be coming to this biggby because it disgusts me they cannot even do a simple job due to new rules implemented by management. Good job for turning the best biggby in Indiana into the worst...
