Tasty Peach Studios is worth the stop if you love anime, manga, cosplay or cute things in general. They participate in lots of conventions throughout the year like the one I recently attended in Kalamazoo, MI (Dokidokon). I found out there was a store near me and I just had to stop by.
At the convention I attended I got a short one tone blue wig and a $42 triceratops stuffie. Now before you judge, it was super duper cute. At the time they had 3 dinosaurs (though it was rumored there would be more in the nearish future) and they were modeled after Smores. The trisaratops was the gramn cracker and had the baige color. There was also a chocolate brown colored dino and a marshmallow white dino. They all were super cute but I could only get one.
This store has a great selection of items and often has events going on. Over the weekend of September 20-22 they had some free things going on since Ramencon was happening nearby. My husband was able to get a pop figure box signed by the voice actor while there and he was ecstatic.
The staff is friendly, the merch is cute and the store is well stocks and clean. I love Tasty Peach. I will come back over and over...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stumbled upon Tasty Peach Studios last July when we were up in northern Indiana just wandering around. They have a large cardboard cutout of Sailor Moon in the front window, which is basically my Bat Signal. XD I was not disappointed! At that time, they had a few rooms of sparse merchandise, and the game room set up. The staff we met said that we had visited on what was basically their "soft open," so it was understandable that things were still getting set up. On that visit, I was able to pick up a Sailor Neptune blind box figure I'd been wanting, and I debated getting a t-shirt. Bf and I were back in Mishawaka this past weekend and stayed at the mansion B&B next to Tasty Peach, and of course it was the first store we visited. I was impressed with how much the store had grown since last time! Lots more merchandise and the manga reading room was now open. I was able to pick up more Sailor Moon merch, a t-shirt, and a One Piece figure for a friend. We will definitely be back to visit next time...

Great selection! Prices are good too. This store is a great little find for anime fans. Wasn’t sure if it would have the stuff we wanted based on web photos but they did, and a lot of it! Usually when you do find a store with anime merch , it’s a bit more expensive than online ( which I get ) but this place has same prices as we find online. It’s great because I’d much rather support a small business than amazon. Staff is really nice , including the big fluffy canine! The only negative, and it’s a big one, is they are mask nazis. It’s unfortunate. I would think people drawn to this culture are people who are non conformists. The grip that this programming has on society is shameful. I count on independent businesses to be the ones to lead the way in restoring people’s liberties. Since we found the peach we used to go every time we are in town. We won’t go back until the masks...
