I would recommend staying away from this place.

I don't eat out much and have pretty low dining standards, but this was the worst dining experience I've ever had in the U.S. Almost epically bad had our server not been apologetic and polite. Makes me question the utility of the review process seeing all the positive reviews here.

Had I not already been $50 in with a GroupOn, I would have turned around simply by looking at the outside of the place. It didn't improve inside:

*Racist music on jukebox repeatedly played, would've felt even more mortified had I brought a friend of color as guest. *Unprofessional, hand-scrawled signs on door ("No a--holes"), bathroom, and kitchen (something like "If your food isn't ready ask your server don't talk to us") *No one answering door at 5:30 pm on a Sat. *Didn't get food or even appetizers for an hour for a very basic order. Had to get up and ask my server for anything at all to eat. *Chips thoroughly burnt to crisp, served cold, unbelievably salty. I used to serve and never would have set that before a paying guest. *Actual meat and bun of burger was good, mostly because I was famished by 7 pm. The mushrooms were cold. *I figured $50 would get us beers, but the GroupOn included only 7 tiny super sweet shots with barely discernable quantities of alcohol (you could've fooled me into thinking they were non-alcoholic even after 5 of them). *Environment dirty and dingy, chairs wobbly. *Don't go here if you're a non-smoker. *Bar-tender was smoking while serving.

*I will say that server was apologetic, and may have been short-staffed, but did not go out of her way to offer anything to eat while waiting 45-60 min for appetizers, or any drink to compensate.

If literally all you want to do is drink and smoke and play Connect 4, this might be your place.

I honestly don't mind a place rough around the edges if there are things to compensate (service, food, price, atmosphere, etc)... I'm thinking of a place like the Heorot in Muncie. But this place needs a health...

A few years ago when this place first opened, I would've given it 5 stars because it's an awesome atmosphere with a cool concept and live music. However, the service, management, and overall organization of the joint has gone down a lot. The last 5 times I've gone there, issues consist of my drinks getting messed up, it takes 25 mins to get one drink, and even charging too much on my debit card/mixing my card up with another customer! And, they seem to be low in inventory all the time. I keep coming back hoping for a better experience and giving it the benefit of the doubt, but I keep striking out! At my last visit, I ordered a drink with soda water, but apparently they were out of soda water and instead gave me sprite without even informing me or asking me if I'd like something else. She just sat it on the table and went to another customer. Anyone who drinks a beverage with soda and not sprite is going to notice the obvious difference in 38g of sugar versus zero. I confronted our server to make me a new drink and said they were just out of soda water. She was nice about it when I asked for a new one and kindly gave me another drink. But, that then took another 15 mins, and then at the end of my visit I was charged $10.50 instead of $6 because tickets got switched up. I'm really sad to have to give this place a bad review, but I think constructive criticism is the only way to help this bar reach it's full potential! Better organization and communication will help this...

Live music. AMAZING HOUSE CHEESE. HOMEMADE FRIES MAC & CHEESE. All the food is homemade none of its going to come delivered off a truck from Cisco the meat is all from local butchers. Female owned. Quality people.

I am from this area but hadn't lived here since I was a girl. when I needed a job I went door-to-door looking for one and even though they weren't hiring the employees, Will ♡ sent me different places to talk to different other people about a job and when I hadn't found one yhe owner gave me a job cleaning. Total strangers. And they sorted me out. But it gets better. When my babysitter walked out on me the only owner sent her own daughter to my house after work to watch my son so that I could come and still do my job. And not just once many many times they brought me huge buckets a flowers on my birthday when I was home sick. I couldn't think of anything nice enough to convey how much they've done for me personally. Lots of gratitude I'm always welcome to work there they told me after I found a full-time job.

if you're going to spend your money somewhere don't spend it at the corporate place don't spend it at the mega chain with a million million zillion customers come in this little hole in the wall and give your money too damn fine...
