Mishawaka definitely does well with the upkeep on this park. Despite the issues with it being overran with geese and their feces in the past (lol) it really is quite an enjoyable place to visit. There is almost always some sort of event going on when the weather is nice and always families around enjoying them. Definitely am ready for the construction that is going on currently to be gone but its nice that they have done it during the colder season versus it being done during summer obviously. An awesome park overall though. Would be absolutely AMAZING if they were to fence off some of the open field area for a free run dog...

This park is best enjoyed when connected with the other riverwalk trails by St Joseph’s River (I went from Beutter Park to Kamm Island, Lincoln park, Logan street bridge, and then river walk trail to Battell Park). One of my favorite things was catching the sunsets and their reflections on the water, so beautiful! The paths are paved and not typically very busy. There’s ample opportunities to admire the flowers (especially at Kate’s Garden-gazebo) and quiet river views. Two things to note: In the summer it was pretty buggy, especially by the river. Also when it got dark, the trails were not well lit and thus it felt a little...

Great for pictures

If you have an event coming up, such as graduation or a wedding, this park is a great spot for memorable pictures. The water structures are very unique and the paths are great to stroll around. The founders circle will give you more than enough history about the city. There is so much more to come, construction is in progress. Stay tuned for an event center, skate park and so much more. I really like how all the parks along the...

Beautiful. Lots of attractions, food, activities in progress at Beutter Park in downtown Mishawaka, on the site of the former Ball Band/Uniroyal plant that was demolished more than 20 years ago (as of December 2022). Many of the restaurants are still in progress, but it can't be more than 6 months from now before a lot of the construction and renovation are completed. Ice skating rink in the park is already in full swing. Looks like a great place to hang out.
