Audi Mission Viejo is FIRST CLASS!!! I have purchased several Audi vehicles from them & use their service dept for the vehicles. I recently had a 90K service & needed some minor things replaced. The service advisor Greg Paszkiewicz was FIRST CLASS from start to finish. I was given a loaner vehicle which is great because I actually drive all the way from AZ to get my vehicle serviced at Audi MV.I make sure to schedule it around my business trips. I like that the inspection tech, Thanh Nguyen sent me a very thorough video of all the going ons with my vehicle & what/why repairs were needed. The price was reasonable & fair for dealership prices. Service department is very clean, filled with snacks/refreshments & has TV so its a comfortable wait if need be. Great experience once again & will definitely return for my next service.    Read moreThe sales experience was great when we bought our new Audi at this dealership. The service experience at this dealer has not been great. On our last service for routine maintenance (oil change etc), they couldn't find me and our car in their computer system and it took more than 15 minutes to sort that out. When I picked up the car, I was given no paperwork documenting the service and it took several days and many phone calls just to get a service report. I've never experienced anything like that. It is very hard to get someone on the phone other than the receptionist. When I've left a phone message, they are never returned.    Read moreI did most of my services for my car at MV Audi and have been pretty happy with their advisers/technicians. That's only after I secure appointment. But it's impossible to get them to call me back for questions before I can schedule one. I left two messages but have not heard back. I even asked for their emails but they didn't want to give it out. I hate to agree with other reviewers but the general manager needs to either hire more staff or find other ways to improve their communication.
