My husband and I recently visited this Tempur-Pedic store, and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Ali Harandi. From the moment we walked in, Ali made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He even spoke Persian/Farsi, which became so helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time with us, patiently guiding us through the various mattress and pillow options available.

We were planning on buying a mattress from Costco but stopped by the Mission Viejo location since it was on the way home. Kristina Lin was the store manager. I was concerned about the safety issues but they did good job of providing masks, gloves and disposable pillow/mattress sheets. Kristina was very knowledgeable, experienced, passionate and friendly. She truly cared about our unique preference and answered all the questions and concerns we had as we tried different mattresses and bases. We were interested in something firm and adjustable to eliminate snoring, back pain and interrupting each other’s sleep. Thanks to Kristina we were able to find the perfect mattress to fit our needs. We ended up buying a firm mattress with an adjustable base that could be adjusted for the head and legs with a remote control! Crazy! Now we can enjoy real sleep and also be able to read/work in comfort on our bed. Honestly, it felt like a no brainer and I regret not getting this for my wife sooner. We also bought new pillows as well. We’re both very excited about our new mattress/base/pillows and looking forward to our new life. I think I’m going to get one for my mom as well.

LOOK NO FURTHER! You need a Temper-Pedic mattress Period. Ali was our "Sleep Master" (he rocks). Ali took his time with us in the Flagship store in Mission Viejo CA. which had every TP bed in each style and type. While we lay on each bed, he explained the differences between each mattress and helped us figure out which one gave us the best feeling, (we went back and forth between the beds until it was clear which one we liked best) We found it! (It reminds me of the Goldilocks and the Three Bears story, you know with the three beds...) I have had Tempur-Pedic beds since the late 90's upgrading about every 7-8 years. I just bought another one today! Hands down this is the best night's rest I have ever had. I look forward to getting into my Tempur-Pedic bed every night and having a smile on my face. I love my bed so much, I dislike going on vacations and traveling because I know the beds will not compare. I recommend going to a certified Tempur-Pedic store so you can make your perfect choice!
