Poor customer service! I went to store and I bought a shirt which was on sale. After I was done with that , as I was getting out, I saw a shirt I liked and I took it to the register as I was patiently waiting for my turn the customer service while she was still taking care of another customer at the register, pointed at my hand and to the shirt and said by the way that shirt is not on sale and it is regular price, I just don’t want you get disappointed at the register !😳 I was shocked ! Why would you even say that? I did not ask you. You could have ring me up and then if I thought that was the case I would had said thank you and leave I knew that was not on sale. I put the shirt back and left. That really hurler my feeling. I hope this won’t happen again to...

I have no earthly business reviewing Talbots. My only experience here is that my mom (64) likes shopping online and when the one by her house doesn’t have something she whips out her Ipad and orders it for a hold to either South Coast or Here since she knows I commute from SD to OC and will pick things up for her.

I can say that my near monthly pick ups are getting out of hand. It’s bright, it’s clean, the staff is friendly. I haven’t worked retail in over a decade, but man they love to wrap your stuff up. I think it’s procedure so now I tell them not to. I just give my name and my mom’s name and a description of the item and I’m out the door.

It’s not their fault, but parking lot nearest, not the structure...

I phoned and shopped at this Talbot's store last Friday in an effort to find a specific top. Their employee assisted me in locating a medium size shirt that was almost out of stock. I received outstanding customer service because the lady at the Mission Viejo store went the extra mile to help. She was friendly and put time into greeting me and ensuring that I found what I needed. I can't wait until they get more maxi dress styles in for the summer and autumn because I will return...
