I’ve been here a few times in the past, previous experiences were ok nothing to write home about. Went back today & was not happy with the overall experience. Not happy with the overall service & quality

My boyfriend & I both got a pedicure (pedicures were fine.)

My grievance is with the girl who did my acrylic fill & the girl who did an eyebrow wax.

The fill is sloppy, some nails I had to come home & file myself because they were obviously crooked & it was bothering me that they looked so off. The girl also was extremely rough when adding on a nail art design I asked for. I picked out a color & she wanted to add two others because the ones she picked did not match. When I suggested another one instead she twisted my finger the design was on so hard while doing the nail design it still hurt a couple hours later.

My boyfriend got his eyebrows waxed & the girl who did the wax service ripped a layer of skin off his eyelid.

My first visit to Luxury Nails & Spa. A truly wonderful experience. I had the best time with my best friend. I was glad to secure an appointment with Jenny for both of us, her reputation online as an outstanding nail artist really drew us in, and she exceeded all expectations. I showed her a Kirby inspired design I found online, and she replicated it flawlessly, her version was even more stunning than the original photo! Jenny impressed me with her gentle touch, patience, and fiery attention to detail as she worked on my Gel‑X set. She was both friendly and professional, so much so that I’ll absolutely book with her again. The receptionist gentlemen was welcoming and attentive, and all the staff we encountered were friendly. The salon itself was spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages (I brought my own drink, but they had others available). It was nice to relax while enjoying music and watching TV. Overall, a 5 star experience. This place is amazing. I live in San Diego and will now make sure to schedule services only when I can make it up here! I did an acrylic fill with cuticle care and gel pedicure and couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are my nails the best they’ve ever looked, but the establishment was so comfortable and classy. This was in no small part due to the welcoming staff. From the front greeter, to technicians, to owner, I continued to feel welcome and taken care of. I’m always searching for places that keep up with the trends and offer variations in art and design. This place has it all and even when I asked for a change when I saw a different design option, they did so happily and quickly when others have made me feel annoying about doing so in the past. Tina, who did my pedicure, was actually able to get all my horrible genetic ingrown nails and did it so quickly that it barely hurt— this is usually excruciating!
