Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

Drove over to this Taco Bell on the Sunday of the 49ers Rams game. We were ordering food before the football game. No customers in the restaurant and no cars in the drive-thru. Started to order then told during the order to "Hold on". Total silence for one minute 10 seconds. I had to ask them "What's going on in there?!?" The person doesn't tell me what is going on so I told him to cancel my order. As I drive up to the drive-thru window I stop and ask for the store manager. The drive-thru guy says he's the manager. I ask him if he thinks that a customer should wait to place a drive-thru order? His response..."It's only a minute and 10 seconds!". What an unbelievable dank answer!!! As a highscool student with no money or car and sick of nasty high school food, I had to live off of this place for 2 years, and I've seen a lot. Too much, actually. From kids toking it up in the parking lot before going back to school and breaking their bongs in the parking lot, to drug deals, to women cutting and filing their nails at dining room tables, to kids putting their feet up on tables, to playing weird music like childrens nursey rhymes and soundscape songs, to the worst parking jobs ever, to unflushed corn diarrhea, to kids taking snapchat videos of me without me knowing, to getting called racial slurs and kids skating in the parking lot and upsetting drivers. Once again disappointed in the untrained Taco Bell staff. These are pictures from Taco Bell.com. Their direct website. It tells you how to order vegan style. I’ve visited this Taco Bell several times. Each time I follow directions, which is by ordering fresco style and requesting no meat with just rice and beans. Every time they continue to put meat in it and tell me it comes that way. Today I actually got a refund. Other times I just thrown out the food with meat in it.
