Just had the worst experience. I was not seen by a physical therapist. Instead , I was seen by a student. The student had me only 20 minutes , not giving any assessment about my pain, didnāt pinpoint where my pain area is , didnāt examine me at all. , only measured my shoulder mobility, give me 3 useless simple exercises I can google from any online. Didnāt do anything to reduce my pain. Message or heat pad, or cupping! Iāve No any specific treatment plan. Just give you exercises randomly . Didnāt feel any different or better after her session. Her exercise is useless too! My should feel way much better after I did my own shoulder exercise session at home .
Spent 15 minutes measuring, 5 minutes of doing 3 simple exercises u can find it online. After that , I thought physical therapist would come over to examine me . Unexpectedly, the student asked me go out , it is doneļ¼
I donāt know what happened with this facility. Let a student treat you. Very Unprofessional.they donāt have any professional physical therapist working there when I was there. 2-3 students working there. A few patients. And not so many patients there as before. I feel so weird, maybe they changed management, making the facility so unorganized and horrible. Will never come back again!
I feel I wasnāt treated at all. It is useless session, wasting my time .really wanted a refund.
But last year I went there. The first session with a real physical therapist took one hour . They gave me warmup session( ice or warm your muscle ) , pre exercise session before seeing a real physical therapist, assessment session and massage / cupping session by a real physical therapist, exercise session based on treatment plan prescribed by the therapist.
I canceled all the future...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the first treatment and was very pleased with how I was treated. An Australian guy worked with me. I thought he was very professional. The next 3 visits I had young women work with me. They had me do the exact same exercises that I was told to do at home. The only thing that was different was when they worked on my shoulder for range of motion. And all three times they hurt me. Iām not talking about mildly uncomfortable, Iām saying that I was in so much pain that I had to ask them to stop. Being a guy, it was embarrassing to have to ask them not to dig their fingers into my shoulder so hard that I could not take the pain. Instead of apologizing or simply saying āI didnāt realize I was hurting you that muchā all three times they made excuses for why they pushed so hard. Like āyour muscles are in a knot under the shinā just trying to loosen them up. After 3 times of being put to the limits of how much pain I could stand - that was it for me. There are lots of rehabilitation centers and Iām just going to find...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had arthroscopic knee surgery in November then shots in December. They didnāt work. In February had a knee replacement surgery. I didnāt think I would ever walk normal again. My doctor sent me to California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. I hobbled in and was a little nervous how they were going to work on my knee. I was still in a lot of pain and swollen. I was diagnosed by Talya and Julianne (Jules). They were both very confident and assured me the physical therapy with stretching and exercises would work. My mobility and swelling got better every week. I moved up to the next level restoring me to a full functional knee. I was very impressed with how the aids and the therapists all worked together with such a joyful, caring, professional positive attitude. I would always leave with a smile. Iām so grateful for you all have done for me. I will continue with my stretching and exercises. Thanks so very much. ...
