Swarovski — Local services in Mission Viejo

Extremely rude and immature service at this location. I was there to return one of the 5 items I had bought online. It was around 11am on 30th May 2022. I was very excited to see some new collection and was looking forward to buy more. The 2 ladies were giggling at any of my questions and was rude in response. I asked them about the outlet store, they were all the more rude and was not interested in talking further and kept insisting me to go to store in Carlsbad. There was no other customer in the store. I decide to leave the place and as I moved to the door the ladies started giggling again. I have been Swarovski customer for more than a decade. This is my second bad experience in this store. I felt I should bring this to notice.I have specified the time I was at the store, so the ladies be trained with customer service. It is very shocking to have such a bad service at a great brand...

My wife and daughter love this place. They live to shop the jewelry, especially the necklaces and ear rings. I like the collectable crystal figurines and birds. This is the best place to shop for gifts for the nieces. We have a shelf in our blhitcjnehere we have collected a few pieces for crystal roses and frog to birds and my favorite Star Wars and Marvel Figures.

I’d never been inside but always appreciated the window displays and adore sparkle. Faye was Fabulous! Despite an early Sunday afternoon, it had a constant stream of customers and she was solo but managed to keep us all happy. Loved that she never made me feel rushed so I felt comfortable trying things on. Purchased two items.
