OC Elite Remodeling — Local services in Mission Viejo

My wife and I contacted OC Elite Remodeling around the week of 9/29/2024 to remodel our kitchen, family room with the possibility of the backyard and house windows ( about 15 windows.)

Tony came out right away within a day or two, took measurements and we discussed the project. Tony was very professional and kind. He suggested many things such as design and material and mentioned that the company had a deal for about $27,974.00 to remodel a kitchen that fits the parameters of OC Elite Remodeling parameters. My wife and I were very happy. We felt confident with the company. Tony also provided us with a few previous testimonials from previous customers to call for reference.

1st experience In the process, we asked Tony about the windows and if they could give us a good deal on the windows. We already had an estimate from Home Depot, but since they advertise to beat anyone’s price, we thought of asking them. Sadly, the company would not lower and beat Home Depot’s price as they themselves had advertised, it was only a $2,000.00 difference between Home Depot and them.(OC Elite Remodeling) Now it has come to our attention that this company is dishonest or they promise/advertise something that they don't intend on doing. My wife and I started to be attentive to what the company or its representatives communicated to us

2nd experience We had originally picked a tile that cost $5.93 / square foot. Then, during the shopping process, we liked another tile and we picked it that cost $3.99 a square foot. For some reason, I still don't understand the cost of picking the 2nd Tile @ $3.99 a square foot ended up costing more ($1675.80) . When we brought this to Tony’s attention, he explained that the second tile does not include adhesive material, etc., but the first tile @ $5.93 a square foot does include all material.

our experience is when you see an advertisement for a tile , it usually does not include any adhesive material, grout, spacers, etc. and so how come the first tile $ 5.93 included all these things, does not make sense, but we did not want to argue).

3rd experience This is the one that really bothered me. Through the process we asked Tony if they would paint and install or paint doors, and Tony said yes. We were thinking of painting all our interior doors but Tony said it is better to purchase doors because it's a similar cost to painting. I Laurence told Tony to get the doors from home depot, and Tony responded that “ home depot doors are “dingy” and cheap doors. We install better doors. Well when the day came to install the doors I noticed that the doors had a label on them from Home Depot, I mentioned it to one of his workers and showed him the label and told him what Tony had said. I felt lied to and cheated.

Would we recommend OC Elite Remodeling? NO

Above all, Tony and Kash worked hard specially with our changing of mind few times , Tony is a patient man , and Kash as well. Our kitchen and floors look beautiful just like how we imagined it and project was completed in a timely manner as they have promised...

We recently had our bathroom remodeled and overall, we're very pleased with the results. Tony and Kash's team were impressively efficient—everything from demolition to final touches were completed on schedule, which made the whole experience much less stressful than we anticipated.

The design came together beautifully. The new fixtures, tile work, and lighting all reflect a clean, modern aesthetic that has truly elevated the space. We especially appreciate the attention to detail in the layout, which makes the room feel more spacious and functional. The bathroom was transformed for boring builder grade to spa chic.

That said, there were a few minor flaws, but that won't keep us from giving a five-star review. A couple of details were not as clean as we'd hoped. Some paint details and some issues with the grout on the shower floor needed attention. Nothing major, and the team were responsive when we brought it up and corrected them to our satisfaction in short order.

In the end, we'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional remodel. Just keep an eye on the finishing touches to make sure everything meets your...

My husband and I did extensive research on hiring a home renovation contractor. We found that OC Elite Remodeling were the most experienced and professional. We had the pleasure with working with owner Tony and contractor Kash. The work was extensive and detailed which required city permits and HOA approval. The work consisted of a full remodel of a kitchen and guest bathroom.

Walls were removed and rebuilt; electrical and plumbing were relocated, and new flooring was put in. We went from a 1980's classic kitchen and bathroom look, to a contemporary, streamline, and functional kitchen and bathroom. Tony and Kash were a pleasure to work with, and made our experience stress free.

We highly recommend OC Elite Remodeling for any type of home renovation.
