We are from Mississippi and took our family out for dinner. Afterward, we decided to get us some ice cream about 20 minutes before closing time. 6 adults and 3 children. We were greeted with three angry employees that expressed their frustration openly with heads shaking in disgust that we came in at that time and began talking to each other about having to deal with us and saying we ain't getting out of here util 11 now. It made it hard for me to place an order, which most of us did except two adults just said, "Never mind." I took the time after we paid to express my disappointment as to their attitude were very unwelcoming and that they are open until 10pm and that means sometimes people will come in close to that time it's just they way it is. I apologized even though I didn't need to and said you need to be better than that in the future. It's not good for business. I took a lot to keep my anger in check but did so. While the ice cream was good, the waffle cone was not. I brought it to the attention of one of the girls behind the counter to see if I could get another cone as it was not crunchy and tasted old. She grabbed another cone, took a bite of it and said that they all taste that way. Then, she threw the rest of it away. She told me that the only waffle cone that was made there was the bowl. When I asked her if she could put my ice cream in one of the bowls, she said it would cost me more. The only thing she offered me was a cup and then said have a nice day in a very sassy tone. To the owner, please teach your staff (especially the one with the long ponytail) that the customer comes first. I should have been given a bowl without any additional charge. It wasn’t my fault that the cones tasted bad. Even if your employee is having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. I was only there to have some good ice cream with a fresh, crunchy...

My experience at this great American cookies was HORRIBLE !! Customer service was a 0/0.. Me and 2 of my friends walked in, no greeting or anything really didn’t think much of it but then keep in mind it’s about 15 minutes before closing and all I wanted was a scoop of ice cream and a cookie.. they ignored me like me and my friends weren’t even there so I finally said something and they proceed to tell me that “sorry but we close in like 10 seconds” I said well I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes and instead of apologizing and acknowledging their mistake he proceeds to say “We’ve had a long day” at that point I was very upset and will not be coming here again. On top of that the woman that was scooping the ice cream stood before us 4 times pushing ice cream down in the tubs and did not once ask us what we wanted.. very POOR...
