This is my first time eating at this location, 2nd time eating at a Chipotle overall. I wanted to hold off on giving a rating after my first experience and give it a 2nd chance. I'm sorry but IMHO, the food is terrible. I've eatin' at similar types of places before that were delicious!! Chipotle is terrible. Both times I've been, at two seperate locations, in two seperate states, on the opposite ends of the country, I got the same thing. My very favorite, a steak burrito. The steak was more chunks of fat and grizzle than steak, both times. The rice was undercooked and still had some that were as hard as they were when they took it out of the package (fresh my a$$). The guacamole!! This is a crime! Or it should be! It was terrible. The avocados used were so unripe that they had the texture and consistency of an apple. Both times I went to a Chipotle resteraunt, my experience was identical. Maybe the chicken and other stuff is much better, I don't know. And I won't be going back to find out. The only reason why I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the people and the service. It's not the poor young man or young lady who's making my burritos fault that the company sends the lowest quality ingredients they can find (though they can learn to cook the rice better). And they aren't the ones who decide to charge nearly $20 (ok, $19 and some change, but close enough) for 2 burritos with that substandard ingredients. And both times I went to a Chipotle the people were very kind. Especially the ones at this particular location. So they are the only reason that Chipotle gets any stars at all. Luckily there were customers still inside so I waited until one came out so I could get in. Finally get in only to find out that my order was given to the wrong person. Okay fine, however the the girl working wants to argue me up and down saying that the person she gave my order to had the same exact name as me and showed her some kind of receipt saying she was there to pick up for me. ???that doesn't make sense. Don't know how thats possible when I didn't order through a delivery service. Instead of saying she mistakenly gave my order to someone else, which is easy to do, she lies and argues with me. Fyi its easy to get a free meal these days since no one checks I'ds or actual online receipts. If your name/order is called and you're not there anyone can pick up your order. You can see below I had a response from Chipotle and was asked to send them a message about my experience which I did over 4 weeks ago and no call or reply. It is too bad to see that this is just an auto response and no customer service. I don't see this location being in business very long. They need new management for sure.××××
Stopped in today because I was hungry and I'm doing a Keto diet. I haven't been in Chipotle in years because in past I wasn't a fan of their food. Knowing I needed protein I thought I would give it a try. They refused to sell me a 6oz bowl of steak. When I questioned it the guy at the register ( who had horrible customer service) told me because they didn't have a portion size for that.
