The experience of the young lady who helped me and my guys for my group get fitted was great. She was very knowledgeable of what they needed a took great care of the in a timely manner. On the other hand, I was quoted a price and given a card with the quote price on it that I gave to the young man at the register. Was changed more than I was quoted. Still have many more guys in my group that have to come in and be fitted. I could have taken my business anywhere, but I went of the quote I was giving and brought them my business. Love this place. We needed a vest for my husband for a wedding that was less than 24 hours away. They close at 7pm. I literally called at 6:55 pm and asked did they have the vest. The guy in the front went above and beyond. He was kind on the phone and even allowed me to come pick up the vest even though they were closing. Then when I got there he asked my questions about my husband size and said the vest was cut small. He gave me a larger size and told me I can exchange it in the morning if it’s too small. Horrible store. They constantly kept giving excuses to not replace a pair of pants they altered incorrectly. I drove all the way from another state just to get the pants corrected, only to receive them back at the same length they were when I initially gave the pants to them. I stood and waited 20 minutes for my alterations to be fixed only to get them back, this time, still being too high and now might I add different lengths. Then the guy tries to tell me it’s because I’m sitting, while I’m standing talking to him.
